Bahan Membuat Charsiu Pork
- 1 kg babi kapsim yg ber lemak.
- 5 sdm saus BBQ lee kum kee.
- 1 sdm angkak, tumbuk halus.
- 4 btr bawang putih, haluskan.
- 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- 1 sdt bubuk ngohiong.
- 1/4 sdt merica.
- 1 sdm shaoxing wine.
- 4-5 sdm madu.
Langkah Memasak Charsiu Pork
- Cuci daging, lalu potong memanjang menjadi bbrp bagian, lalu tusuk2 dengan garpu.
- Campur semua bumbu, aduk rata, lalu tes rasa. Klo kurang manis/asin bisa tambah madu /garam sesuai selera.
- Lumuri permukan daging dengan bumbu hingga rata. Taruh dalam wadah, tuang semua sisa bumbu, tutup rapat, diamkan di kulkas semalaman.
- Oven dg api atas dengan rak kawat dibawahnya hingga matang sambil dibolak balik dan di oles sisa bumbu..
- Potong2, sajikan.
