Bahan Membuat Char siew pork
- 500 gr daging babi (sy bagian kapsim).
- 1 buah jeruk peras.
- 2 sdm hoisin sauce.
- 2 sdm madu.
- 1 sdm soy sauce.
- 1/2 sdm sesame oil.
- 1/2 sdm bubul ngohiong.
- 1/4 sdm bawang putih bubuk.
- 1 sdt angkak dihaluskan (optional).
- 1 ruas jahe parut.
- secukupnya Garam merica.
Langkah Memasak Char siew pork
- Potong daging babi setebal 2 jari.
- Campur semua bumbu di dalam kontainer.
- Masukan daging babi, rendam semalaman.
- Panggang dalam suhu 180°c.. Saya menggunakn air fryer 12 menit.. Bila oven biasanya butuh waktu lbh lama...
- Dingin kan.. Potong2.. Siap di sajikan.
