Bahan Membuat Pork honey / char siu madu
- 1/2 kg kaksim (b2 bagian bahu).
- Bumbu rendam.

- Garam sekupnya.
- Saus olesan.
- 2 sdm madu.
- 1 sdm bumbu bbq.
- 1 sdm air sisaan bumbu char siu.
Langkah Memasak Pork honey / char siu madu
- Cuci bersih daging, lap kering dan tusuk pakai garpu. Balurkan gula garam merata. Dan lanjutkan dgn balurkan bumbu2 rendaman aduk rata dan diamkan d kulkas semalaman / 3 jam..
- Keesokan hari keluarkan daging charsiu tatakan ke piring sudah di alasin foil. Air bumbu ny sisihkan. Masuk ke oven. Dgn suhu 200derajat slma 45 menit. Sebelumnya pnaskan oven dl ya slma 15 menit.
- Setelah mateng keluarkan dr oven dan kita lanjut lg ke teflon bier lebi meresap. Dgn cara di oles dgn saus olesan. Paggang sampai meresap dan wangi.
- Note: bagi yg tidak ada oven bisa lakukan lagsg dgn teflon. Paggang sampai mateng y.
