Bahan Membuat Ngohiong
- 250 gr daging (ayam/pork).
- 250 gr udang.
- 2 bh wortel parut.
- 1/2 bh bengkoang parut.

- 5 bh bawang merah.
- 1 btr telur.
- 2 sdm sagu tani.
- 1 sdm terigu.
- 1 bgks kulit tahu (potong kotak).
- Secukupnya Garam, merica, gula, kaldu bubuk (seasoning).
- 1/2 sdt bubuk ngohiong (optional).
- 1 sdm minyak wijen.
- 1 sdm saos tiram.
Langkah Memasak Ngohiong
- Haluskan daging, udang, bawang putih & bawang merah lalu taruh di wadah besar.
- Lalu masukkan wortel, bengkoang, daun bawang, saos tiram, minyak wijen,telur aduk sampai rata lalu masukkan tepung sagu,terigu, ngihiong (optional) & seasoning lalu aduk sampai bnr2 rata.
- Ambil selembar kulit tahu yg sdh dipotong dan dilap dengan kain basah masukkan adonan gulung & padatkan (kulit tidak perlu diberi air ato putih telur krna pas kukus otomatis menyatu sndri).
- Oles dandang dengan minyak tipis lalu kukus sampe matang. Bisa langsung disajikan ataupun digoreng terlebih dahulu. Setelah kukus simpan freezer utk stock bisa digoreng sewaktu malas masak melanda 😊.
