Bahan Membuat Ngohiong

Langkah Memasak Ngohiong

  1. Campurkan semua bahan dan bumbu kecuali kulit tahu, aduk sampai merata dan tercampur, cicipin rasanya.
  2. Siapkan kukusan yg alasnya sdh dioles minyak.
  3. Ukur dan gunting kulit tahu sesuai selera utk membungkus adonan daging. Olesin kulit tahu /rendam dgn cepat dgn air matang spy tidak terlalu asin, karena kulit tahu byk garamnya.
  4. Gulung adonan daging, dgn melipat seperti amplop dan gulung bulat lalu rekatkan dengan air agar menempel.
  5. Letakan adonan yg sdh digulung ke dlm alas kukusan yg sdh dioles minyak agar tidak menempel, lalu kukus selama ± 10- 15 menit.
  6. Angkat ngohiong yg sdh dikukus dan dinginkan, simpan dalam kotak dan bs di simpan dalam freezer.
  7. Potong² serong sesuai selera ngohiong dan goreng dengan minyak panas, dan goreng sampai kuning keemasan.
