This Cheddar cheese chiffon cake was quite a popular cake in blogoshere few years ago. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and eggs; beat until smooth and well.
Bahan Membuat Cheddar cheese cake
- Bahan 1:.
- 120 gr Keju cheddar parut.
- 120 gr susu cair full cream (plain).
- 50 gr butter (blue band c &c).
- 3 bh kuning telur.
- 20 gr terigu kunci.
- 15 gr tepung maizena.
- Bahan 2:.
- 3 bh putih telur.
- 50 gr gula (suka manis boleh 75 gr).
- 1/4 sdt cream of tartar.
Langkah Memasak Cheddar cheese cake
- PERSIAPAN: Siapkan loyang bulat 20 cm. Usahakan tanpa sambungan. Kalo ada sambungan, lapis aluminium foil 3x. Lebih mudah dgn loyang khusus bongkar pasang (springform). Lapis dgn kertas baking bagian dasar+sekeliling. Siapkan loyang kedua (lebih besar) berisi air panas setinggi 1 cm. Ini digunakan utk memanggang metode au bain marie/water bath. Panaskan oven 170 dercel.
- BAHAN 1: Tim dgn metode double boiler: cheddar cheese+butter+susu cair. Aduk terus dgn whisk sampai tercampur rata. Setelah tidak panas, masukan kuning telor satu persatu lalu aduk cepat hingga rata. Terakhir masukan maizena+tepung terigu (sambil ayak). Aduk rata, sisihkan.
- BAHAN 2: Kocok putih telor+cream of tartar, masukan gula bertahap. Mixer hingga mengembang/soft peak.
- Tuang putih telor bertahap 3x ke adonan cheese. Aduk sistem lipat sampai halus rata. Panggang selama 60 menit, suhu 170 C (kenali oven masing2). Metode au bain marie=loyang adonan diletakkan diatas loyang yg lebih besar berisi air panas setinggi 1 cm. (Jaga jgn sampai air habis pas panggang)..
- Setelah matang, diamkan 15 menit di dalam oven (biar gk kempes krn perubahan suhu). Setelah tidak panas, keluarkan dr loyang. Simpan di kulkas minimal 3 jam. Sajikan dingin!😘.
