  1. Oreo pisahkan dgn cream nya,lalu hancurkan oreo,lalu cair kan margarin campur ke dalam remahan oreo,masukan ke dalam wadah yg bongkar pasang,lalu tekan2 hingga padat dan masukan ke frezer kurleb 1 jam hingga set.
  2. Bahan 2 : whippe cream beri air es dan gula pasir lalu mixser dgn kecepatan tinggi hingga kaku,campur dgn cream cheese masukan cream oreo dan juga parut strawberry dgn parutan keju,mixser kembali agar tercampur rata,lalu keluarkan oreo lalu masukan cream cheese nya ratakan masukan ke frezer kurleb 4 jam.
  3. Membuat selai : strawberry campur dgn sedikit air lalu blender,masukan jus strawberry ke dalam panci beri gula dan air perasan jeruk lemon,masak hingga air menyusut,pisahkan...
  4. Setelah semua set keluarkan cake dari frezer lalu tuang kembali dgn selai strawberry diamkan lg di frezer kurleb 30mnt.. keluarkan dari cetakan siap di sajikan.. harus dalam keadaan dingin agar lebih nikmat, *pemula jd mohon maaf klo kurang rapih 😞,tp klo soal rasa mirip sama cheese cake di har*st 😂.
