Bahan Membuat Pudding cheese cake oreo
- 1 bungkus oreo.
- 1 sachet agar rasa plain.
- 4 lembar roti tawar kupas.
- 500 cc susu uht rasa vanilla.
- 1 sdm tepung maizena.
- 1/2 blok keju.
- 8 sdm gula pasir.
- secukupnya Mentega.
Langkah Memasak Pudding cheese cake oreo
- Siapkan bahan-bahan nya..
- Lelehkan mentega dan haluskan oreo, kemudian campurkan mentega yang sudah leleh tsb kedalam oreo.
- Masukan oreo kedalam cetakan, lalu di tekan biar padat. bisa loyang kue atau tupperware (sorry gak kefoto).
- Iris tipis keju, kemudian roti tawar, gula pasir putih, susu UHT 500cc, agar plain, tepung maizena, campurkan bahan2 tsb dan di blender hingga halus.
- Setelah halus, kemudian dimasak hingga mendidih dan bertekstur mengental, lalu di angkat dr wajan.
- Setelah matang, kemuadian dimasukkan kedalam loyang kue atau tupperware yang sudah berisi oreo. Tunggu hingga dingin, kemudian dimasukkan kedalam kulkas.
- Setelah dingin lalu ditaburi bubuk oreo..
- Pudding Cheese cake oreo siap disantap✨.
