Langkah Memasak Spring Roll with Thai Dressing 🌱
- Buat saus terlebih dahulu. Campurkan saus mae plot thai pineapple dressing dengan madu atau gula, garam, bubuk cabai, dan potongan nanas. Lalu aduk rata. Saus bisa disesuaikan rasanya dengan selera, ya.
- Cuci bersih semua sayuran lalu potong-potong.
- Siapkan wadah berisi air hangat untuk merendam rice paper. Rendam hanya perlu waktu 3 detik saja, lalu langsung tata sayuran di atasnya. Kalau terlalu lama, rice paper akan lengket dan susah untuk digulung.
- Tata sayuran di atasnya lalu gulung sampai semua sayuran tertutup rapat.
- Potong spring roll dan nikmati dengan sausnya untuk makan siang ❤️.
